The service
Alloy provides trade business management software on a subscription basis. Plans: Ally ($39/mo), Crew ($89/mo), Company ($189/mo).
Payment
Subscriptions billed monthly. All prices NZD, GST exclusive. Cancel anytime, no refunds on partial months.
Your data
You own your data. We don't claim any rights to it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Alloy for illegal purposes or to violate any NZ law.
Liability
We provide the service as-is. To the extent permitted by NZ law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
Termination
We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel anytime.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
